We gun over decoys Patrick built to endure the many rigors of seaducking in
Maine. Heavy-duty, huge and durable are the words best used to describe Patrick's decoys. These are not mantle
peice decoys, these are working gunners. You may purchase one of these decoys at the end of your hunt. Taking
a decoy home with you is a fine way to remeber the hunt for years to come. Be forewarned you may find shotshell
shot, or even an area of repair in the decoy you purchase.
If you would like to have a decoy made we can do this
as well. We use high density tan cork, eastern white cedar and oak. All decoys will have cedar bottom boards,
heads, and tails. Keels will be red oak with lead plugs cast in as needed for self righting and proper float.
Price will be determined by size, and species.
